What we collect

Enquiries: your name, e-mail address, mobile number, country, company, budget, message and the page you sent it from. Accounts and orders: name, e-mail, mobile number, country, billing details (company name, address, GSTIN if you give one), the packages you order, invoices and payment references. Project files: scope, SRS, WRS, brand assets and other documents you upload. Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, used for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, create and manage your account, deliver and invoice your project, keep records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices), protect the site against abuse and improve how it works. We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing e-mail unless you ask for it.

Who sees your enquiry

When you send an enquiry or register, our team is alerted by e-mail so we can reply. Replies to an enquiry are sent to the e-mail address you gave, with a private link to read and answer them. Anyone with that link can read the conversation, so keep the e-mail private.

Payments

We do not store card numbers. Payments are made by UPI, bank transfer or international bank wire. We keep the payment reference you give us so we can match your payment to your invoice.

Uploaded documents

Files you upload are stored privately outside the public web folder and are accessible only to you and our team. They are used only to deliver your project. You can ask us to delete project files after delivery, subject to records we must keep by law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example e-mail delivery and hosting) and when the law requires it. Where a provider is outside India, your information may be processed in that country.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie only after you log in or register, plus a security token on account forms. Your browser may remember your currency choice (INR or USD) in local storage. If we turn on analytics, this section will say so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account, order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting rules. Project files are kept while your project is active and for a limited period after delivery unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, forms are protected against forgery and spam, uploads are stored outside the public folder, and the site runs over HTTPS. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by e-mailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights (for example under the GDPR in the EU or UK, or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), we will honour them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
