Refund Policy

At Apensia, we value transparency. Please read our refund terms carefully before starting your YouTube monetization journey.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if we fail to start your service within 72 hours of payment. Once the organic promotion has commenced, costs are incurred by our marketing team, and refunds cannot be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• If your channel is rejected by YouTube due to "Reused Content" or "Repetitive Content."
• If you provide the wrong channel link and the service is delivered to that link.
• If you use other third-party growth services simultaneously, making it impossible to track our results.

3. Replacement Guarantee

If there is any drop in watch hours or subscribers provided by us within 30 days, we provide a free refill guarantee. Please contact support@apensia.in with your order details.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).
